Description: We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on individual who will be entrusted with the daily operation of the grounds and outside services.
Qualifications: Minimum of a High School Diploma Applicator's LicenseDuties and Responsibilities of Superintendent include but not limited to:
- Coordinating schedules and assigning tasks to staff.
- Knowledge of operating/maintaining a variety of equipment.
- Application of chemicals, fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides.
- Operate, maintain and install irrigation and drainage systems.
- Hiring, training and supervision of current and new staff.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Keep a well maintained turf and playing conditions for players and events.
- Communicate with Director of Golf and General manager on projects and needs.
- Building and Keeping a budget.
