Description: Avalon Golf and Country Club is a highly motivated, detail oriented and reliable Golf Course Superintendent to manage our Squaw Creek Facility. 

The Superintendent will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the golf course, clubhouse grounds and will assist other departments with relevant duties when necessary. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Golf Course Operations to ensure championship conditions and the attention to detail that our members and guests deserve. 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Golf Course Management 
• Great leadership and communication skills. 
• Self-motivating and detail oriented. 
• Knowledge of all aspects of golf course maintenance. 
• Knowledge of proper use of fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides. 
• Knowledge of irrigation system operation and repair. 
• Have or be able to obtain an Ohio pesticide license within 90 days.

Compensation: $50,000-$55,000
