Description: The Equipment Manager provides oversight for all aspects of grounds equipment management for Westfield Country Club Grounds, Real Estate Operations Grounds and as identified, Westfield Country Club Golf Operations. Leads and supports all aspects of the business operations including but not limited to; staff performance and development, duty of care for employees and guests, financial management, and ongoing customer service excellence. Supports day-to-day operations to create meaningful, memorable experiences for members, agents, employees and customers. Collaborates with other departments including Westfield Country Club, Golf Operations and Real Estate Operations.

• 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance and golf course operations, including 1+ years in a related direct/indirect leadership position coaching and developing others. 
• Experience with budget oversight and strategic planning. 
• Experience implementing golf course maintenance procedures. 
• Experience with repair and maintenance of golf course and turf management related equipment. 
• Experience maintaining a high degree of customer service focus. 
• A certificate or minimum 2-year degree in turfgrass equipment related studies or commensurate experience. 
• A valid driver's license and a driving record that conforms to company standards.
